Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentiCraft, including our website (agenticraft.ai), platform, APIs, Telegram bot (@AgentiCraftBot), and any associated services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service Description

AgentiCraft is a service mesh for multi-agent AI. The platform provides infrastructure for building, deploying, and operating AI agents, including a Telegram bot with specialized agents (Financial, Calendar, Grocery, Health, Briefing), a web dashboard, CLI tools, and APIs.

Accounts

Registration requires an invitation key (MESH-XXXX-XXXX format) obtained through the waitlist. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your invitation key or account access with others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or remain inactive for extended periods.

Early Access

AgentiCraft is in early access. Features, APIs, pricing, and documentation may change without notice. By participating in early access, you acknowledge that the platform is under active development and may experience interruptions.

License

AgentiCraft is proprietary software. The formal verification library (agenticraft-foundation) is available under the Apache 2.0 license. All other components are proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with your subscription tier.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

You may provide your own API keys for supported LLM providers. Your keys are encrypted before storage and used solely to route your requests. You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms of service and usage policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AgentiCraft in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other accounts
• Create agents that cause harm to individuals or organizations
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security controls
• Use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities

Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has defined limits for agents, workflows, team members, API calls, and LLM budget. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or upgrade requirements. Current tier limits are available on the pricing page.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Deletion enters a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel. After the grace period, all personal data is permanently erased and referral chains are anonymized.

Third-Party Services

AgentiCraft integrates with third-party AI providers, authentication providers (GitHub, Google, Telegram), and infrastructure services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of data processors.

AGENTICRAFT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTICRAFT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
